How much does registration cost?

Where and when do I collect my race bib?

What is the mandatory equipment?
Each course requires some mandatory equipment (e.g. windproof jacket, first-aid kit, water reserve) which may be checked at the start and along the route. The full list is in the Rules.
Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

Are there shuttles for athletes and companions?

Can I run with my dog?
