Already a classic in the DXT lineup, this distance will debut a brand-new course in 2026, designed to thrill athletes of all levels—whether you’re a Dolomiti Extreme Trail veteran or experiencing the magic of the valley for the very first time.
Over 75 kilometers of pure challenge. Having known the wild spirit and majesty of the Dolomites of the Val di Zoldo, loving these peaks to the point of wanting to challenge you even in 103K will be really easy.
After the initial 2 km of flat road, the steep trail begins, crossing the wildest and most wooded section of the route, with some challenging stretches among dwarf pines and scree, leading to Sturlon di Cornìa (1828 m) and then to the wide grassy basin of Casera Cornigia (13 km, refreshment point). After about 15 km, you reach the 2000 m mark at Forcella Piccola, the entrance to the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park. The route then descends and climbs toward Rifugio Pramperet, before descending again to reach the Malga Pramper refreshment point (18.5 km). The trail continues under the slopes of San Sebastiano to the Vach pond (24 km). From there, it climbs again for 1.5 km to Col de le Ole, passing through the villages of Sottorogno, Foppa, Cercenà, and Fusine (refreshment point at 34 km, first time gate). The route continues with a long climb of about 5 km, reaching Coi, the highest village in the valley at 1494 m a.s.l., and the area of I Lac (38 km, 1980 m a.s.l.), at the foot of the majestic Monte Pelmo. From here, it joins the 103k route toward Zoppè di Cadore, a well-known refreshment point and time gate at 45 km, followed by an easy 5 km stretch to Rifugio Talamini refreshment point and a forest climb to the summit of Monte Rite at 2180 m (56 km). The trail then descends to the Forcella Cibiana refreshment point (60 km), the last time gate, before tackling the final section of the route with the “famous” Calada descent, which should be approached with caution (1000 m of elevation loss in about 1.5 km). A brief detour from the 103K route follows before rejoining the Mugon refreshment point (67.5 km), then an undulating trail under the cliffs of Castelaz up to 72 km, followed by a steep descent on a forest road. The last 2 km are on asphalt, passing through the villages of Pra, Sommariva, and Campo. The total elevation gain is approximately 4950 m.
